||Q: Which Air box does the all fiberglass hood fit to?
A: Our all fiberglass hood will fit to the OEM airbox system or the Cold Air Inductions Inc. Intake system that MPD offers with it.
However, our hood
can be modified to fit a variety of CAI brands, if you already have a CAI or plan on using a specific brand that
you would like have the hood compatible with, please contact us to discuss available options and customizations.
Q: What is the lead time I can expect on my order?
A: MPD is a custom fabricator that builds your product per order. This means that our hoods, spoilers, ground effect packages, and all other
body components are custom made by hand for your vehicle. Offering custom made specialty parts at an extremely high level of craftsmanship,
as opposed to items that are just pulled from a shelf and shipped, is one of the reasons that MPD parts are so sought after. The level of craftsmanship
we provide is hard to find, and therefore requires longer lead times to ensure the highest level of quality possible. Normal lead times range from
2-4 weeks depending on complexity, and lead times can vary based on demand; this is especially true our busy season (early spring and summer).
MPD recommends ordering your product as far in advance as possible to allow for unforeseen extended lead times. We appreciate your patience and
cooperation as your order is built, and assure you that you will only receive the best product because of it.
Q: What can I do if I have trouble with placing an order?
A: It is important that you have the most recent edition of IE (Internet Explorer) and that your 3rd party cookies are not disabled
in your internet options settings. If problems persist you can download the firefox browser from www.mozilla.org and continue
your shopping and checkout process. It's for free and it's safe!

Q: What are your terms and conditions for orders placed?
Q: Why should I choose your companies products over another?
A: The owner of MPD has been making custom parts for enthusiast’s vehicles since 1986. MPD officially formed as a company offering these products online
in 2001. Although we have been in business and in the car enthusiast community for so long, we have never done much advertising or promoting for our brand.
We let 2 things advertise for our company, high quality products and happy customers. Relying on solely word of moth as our means for gaining business and
keeping our company running, it is crucial that we satisfy our customers. By using the highest quality materials available, holding ourselves to a very high level
of craftsmanship and integrity, and continuously providing our customers with the best product for their vehicle with innovative designs, we have built a
reputation that is very well respected within the our industry. If you would like to find out more feel free to check out our website as well as give us a call
or shoot us an email, it is our goal that our customers are completely satisfied with their MPD experience!
Q: Will my hood/spoiler/ground effects be painted when I receive them?
A: All products will be shipped unpainted and are ready for prep and paint by your painter/body shop. MPD recommends trying to find a qualified person
or company that has experience with fiberglass vehicle components to get the best work done possible. Typically this is the same company that can
provide you with installation services. If your painter/body shop has any questions regarding the proper methods to prep and paint our products, we would
be happy to speak with them.
Q: Can I install my MPD product or will it need to be professionally installed?
A: Whether or not you can install your product is completely dependent on your skill level of comfort with the type of product you purchased
and the complexity it involves to correctly install. Because many of our products are large, require prepping and painting, and the fact that
they are installed and secured properly is crucially important to the safety of your vehicle, yourself, and those driving around you,
MPD recommends and encourages speaking with a qualified installer or body-man regarding installation.
